2010 continues to be a year of success and achievement for
Lanyon Bowdler as two key members of the firm recently received

Senior partner and Head of Family Law, Peter Flint, and partner
and Head of Clinical Negligence, Paula Nash, have both been
recognised by Chambers and Partners, which is a leading directory
in the legal profession and has a reputation based on independence
and objectivity of research.
All lawyers who appear in the directory are ranked because of
the weight of positive feedback received during research carried
out by Chambers into the strengths and reputations of law firms and
individuals.

Peter Flint, who specialises in all aspects of Family Law, is a
practising Family Mediator and a trained Collaborative Lawyer. He
qualified as a solicitor in 1971 and is a member of Resolution,
Family Mediators Association, SALM (Shropshire Association of
Lawyer Mediators) and the Law Society Family Law Panel. The
directory makes particular comment about Peter, saying 'According

Paula Nash is experienced in dealing with a broad range of
medical negligence claims in areas such as Anaesthesia,
Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (including cerebral

Ophthalmology and Cardiac Surgery. She has wide ranging trial
experience, together with experience of Community Care law and
Judicial Review applications. Paula is a member of the Law
Society Clinical Negligence Panel, and is an APIL Senior Litigator.
