A Shropshire telecommunications firm has become one of the first
in the UK to achieve national praise for its customer retention
rates.
Purecom, which is based on Shrewsbury Business Park, is an
accredited partner of O2, and the company received a special award
at the O2 annual conference.
Managing Director, Matt Sandford, collected the award and said
he was delighted to have received such high profile praise.
"We are one of the first partners of O2 to be recognised for
having a customer turnover of less than five per cent.
"This is well below the industry standard - in fact, we have
only lost two customers in the past five years, and they only left
because they were bought out by larger companies.
"The O2 award is fantastic recognition of our enviable record,
and is testimony to the high standards of customer service we
deliver.
"I'm extremely proud of the Purecom team who work hard to make
sure our customers receive the very best support at all times, and
for Purecom to be recognised at such an incredible level is great
news for everyone."
Purecom is an independent communications provider and has over
600 clients, with more than 8000 mobile phones and landlines.
And the company has seen such a huge increase in business that
its workforce is set to double in the next 18 months.
The firm has more than 30 years of industry experience behind it
and delivers cost-saving telecommunication packages which utilise
the latest technology from the best networks, carriers and
manufacturers.
