Players from England Premiership League team Stoke City today paid a visit to the newly revamped Headquarters of Twyford Bathrooms in Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent.

Twyford Bathrooms has long supported the local team, which is in the top strata for football across the globe. The players' visit is in recognition of Twyford Bathrooms' ongoing support of the cub, most recently with supplying world class sanitaryware for the new state-of-the-art training centre at Clayton Wood.

The Clayton Wood Training Ground is an important development in the life of Stoke City, as it represents a commitment to the future of the sport for the local community, as well as to drawing in new talent. Top products were used including the water-saving Flushwise WC suites, Aquations low flo taps & Avalon Rimless Doc M packs, making sure that the products' high performance matches that of the players.

At the Twyford Bathrooms headquarters visit, the 'Potters' players met with keen members of staff, and presented a football & shirt signed by the whole team. Twyford Bathrooms will raffle off these prestigious items to raise funds for the local charity the Donna Louise Trust, which offers palliative care for young children in Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

Mike Conlon, Managing Director Twyford Bathrooms said, "Within Twyford Bathrooms we have seen a real team effort to support our Premier team in there journey to become "world class", with staff contributions "every step along the way" - just like in the team's famous anthem!

As a local business, we are all extremely proud of the support that we can offer Stoke City. There has long been an international element to what Twyford offers, and now it is coming home with the Clayton Wood Training Ground drawing international talent back into Stoke."

"We wanted to create a training centre that takes us to the next level in terms of facilities and best represents the standards we are trying to achieve throughout the Club," said Richard Smith, Managing Director of Stoke City Property.

"The challenge has been to develop a centre that looks impressive, but serves its purpose as a working environment seven days a week and we feel we have managed to achieve those objectives in terms of what we have created. We value the support of Twyford Bathrooms, who share our commitment to the local community, and to world class standards."
