Spratt Endicott is continuing its development with a triple
appointment dedicated towards ensuring further growth for the
leading Banbury-based law firm's dispute resolution and property
logic teams. The trio of solicitors - Kyle Wyness, Nigel Martin and
Robert Parsonson - join Spratt Endicott, strengthening its already
exemplary property-related expertise.
Former associate at Needham and James LLP, Kyle Wyness brings
considerable experience in property-related conflicts to the
dispute resolution team. He will act for landlords and tenants of
commercial and residential property while specialising in
contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence claims
and debt recovery.
Nigel Martin also joins the dispute resolution team, from DFA
Law LLP where he was partner. His specialties include contentious
building and construction disputes, general commercial contract
conflicts and intellectual property. A former member of the Law
Society Personal Injury Panel for over 10 years, Nigel brings
extensive experience in dealing with claimants and defendants'
cases.
Robert Parsonson has been appointed to the property logic team
and comes to Spratt Endicott from Gardner Leader LLP, where he
trained and qualified in 2003. Robert's principal areas of
expertise are residential property transactions, sales and
purchases, including leasehold and shared ownership, as well as new
build purchases and transfers of equity.
John Spratt, senior partner at Spratt Endicott Solicitors,
comments on the triple appointment: "Following the success and new
business we have enjoyed since strengthening our corporate and
commercial teams with two new appointments last month, bringing
Glyn, Nigel and Robert on board will only continue to take our
expertise forward. With an increase in the number of disputes, and
in particular claims regarding property, these three new
appointments will bring a total of 34 years' dispute resolution and
property-related experience to Spratt Endicott. We know they'll be
great assets to the Spratt Endicott team, strengthening our dispute
resolution and property logic divisions."
