The nationally recognised Thames Valley law firm Spratt
Endicott, was the firm of choice for Securitas Mobile on its recent
acquisition of mobile security services company Nikaro from the
Go-Ahead Group, in a deal estimated to be worth £2.75M.
Senior partner John Spratt and Hitendra Patel led the Spratt
Endicott team, which included Catherine O'Riordan and Ian Jenkinson
(Corporate), Carol Shaw (Employment), Neil Belcher (Commercial
Property) and specialist consultant Christine Ward (Tax).
John Spratt, senior partner at Spratt Endicott Solicitors,
comments: "The smooth progression of this deal and its favourable
outcome within a challenging time frame of less than four weeks met
our client's requirements, and that makes us happy. Not only does
it demonstrate the expertise available at Spratt Endicott, it also
showcases our teams' efficiency in resolving negotiations within a
short timescale."
Andrew Natt, Managing Director of Securitas Mobile, says: "We
are very excited about our recent acquisition and how it will help
us extend our service network. The success of a mobile patrol and
response service is centred on the size of the branch network and
fleet that supports the service, so I am delighted with our
acquisition of Nikaro, which will only serve to broaden our
national network and improve our overall service levels.
"Spratt Endicott's work throughout the entire acquisition
process was proactive and surefooted. We enjoyed working with them
and were pleased to get a good deal done successfully and on time.
Spratt Endicott has certainly lived up to its reputation for
providing high quality legal work and we would have no hesitation
in using the team again."
