Leading law firm Lanyon Bowdler continues to flourish with the
addition of two new solicitors to its Criminal Law team.
Louise Shaughnessy and Christopher Grainger have both taken up
post at the firm's office in Telford town centre.
Louise, who specialises in prison law, obtained her law degree
at Wolverhampton University and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
Christopher started his career in law in 2004 as a paralegal,
before going on to complete his solicitor training, and he has also
recently qualified as a duty solicitor.
The new additions enhance the existing team of solicitor Stephen
Scully and experienced police station accredited representative
John McManus. Stephen, who is also a qualified duty
solicitor, recently achieved his Higher Rights Qualification,
enabling him to exercise rights of audience in the Higher Courts of
England and Wales and provide specialist advocacy services to
clients.
The Criminal Law team, headed by partner Adrian Roberts,
represent clients across Shropshire, The Marches and beyond
covering a broad spectrum of offences, from motoring offences to
serious fraud and murder. They are experienced in all areas
of criminal law and are able to provide expert representation.
Stephen comments "I am delighted that Louise and Christopher
have joined the team, and the department can only go from strength
to strength".
