Pure Construction has updated a 19th century four storey
building in Nottingham - and is now offering it for immediate
occupation.
Having recently acquired 102 Mansfield Road, Nottingham at
auction, Pure carried out an extensive refurbishment, now offering
a contemporary office setting in a building dating back to around
1875.
The building provides 1,377 sq ft arranged over four floors.
There is parking at the rear.
Simon Ellis, Pure managing director, said: "This was an
ideal opportunity for us, we were able to provide a thorough yet
sympathetic refurbishment but still have the occupier in mind."
Nottingham agent heb has been instructed to market the
building.
Jonathan Bishop of heb said: "There is a fair amount of office
space of this size available within the city, but very few offer
the character and quality of this building. It is a really
attractive building, with ample parking.
"Situated in Mansfield Road, the building is on a major arterial
route - while being close to the city centre."
The building is immediately available on a new lease for a
flexible term of years.
