Leading Worcestershire-based firm of solicitors, Parkinson Wright LLP who have offices in Worcester, Droitwich and Evesham have officially launched a Veterinary Team to service the legal needs of the veterinary profession.

The firm already has a growing base of veterinary clients and decided to build on its experience in this sector by putting together a team of legal experts who can offer advice on every aspect of running a practice from start-up to disposal, partnership agreements, employment issues, professional indemnity and negligence claims through to property, commercial, health and safety compliance and private client matters.

Veterinary clients will also be able to take advantage of Parkinson Wright's Total Legal Care (TLC) service which has be re-designed to appeal to professionals in Practice.

According to Jeremy Redfern, Head of the Veterinary Team at Parkinson Wright,

"Running a practice and balancing its budget is tough enough without having to worry about new laws, compliance directives or regulations you have never heard of. You could also be faced with claims against the business so it is advisable to seek some kind of insurance against all of this. TLC is the affordable way to protect your budget and balance sheet from legal misfortune and a way of cost-effectively controlling bills.

"Parkinson Wright will provide veterinary clients with day to day legal advice on matters covering the running of their practices. The insurance provides funding that not only pays for costs in defending claims against clients but also to help them pursue many new actions of their own."
