Miller Homes is celebrating yet another prestigious award win as
they took the gong for Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative at
this year's Housebuilder Awards.
The judges crowned Miller Homes' efforts for their customer
journey and passion for managing their customers' needs throughout
the buying process.
This accolade follows a successful year of award wins, including
picking up trophies the Scottish Homes Awards, First Time
BuyerAwards, What House? Awards and Herald Property Awards.
Sue Warwick, national sales and marketing director for Miller
Homes, said: "I am thrilled with this award. Everything we do is
geared around making our customers' journey the best it can be, and
making the buying process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To
be recognised with a top award like this really is the icing on the
cake!"
The award comes as the company announced achieving top marks in
its latest round of customer satisfaction survey. A full 100 per
cent of customers polled in July of this year said that they would
recommend Miller Homes to their best friend.
Sue continues, "It feels great to know that our customers would
rate our service to their best friend, and now we have a trophy to
demonstrate how we put our customers first, we are extremely proud.
We will continue to work the hardest for each and every one of
buyers."
Miller Homes' MiWay initiative is now available at the popular
Sandhurst Gardens development in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
