based claim handling firm is offering help and support to customers
who are struggling with their reinstatement works.
Following the shock announcement that the firm who owns 170
branches nationwide and offers a range of services from building
repair, claims management and validation services was going into
administration, Midlands based claim handling firm, Aspray has set
up additional call facilities aimed at offering help and advice to
those struggling with existing claims.
Alan Barker, director at Derbyshire based Aspray, said: "As a
leading repair and maintenance company, Rok had many home insurance
contracts with several different insurance companies, which will
now need to be serviced by another provider.
"This shock announcement will be a bitter blow for those
involved with projects that are already in the development stages,
but here at Aspray, we are setting up extra facilities to deal with
anyone who has been affected by this latest turn of events, to
ensure that their projects will be completed."
