One of the East Midlands' leading dispute resolution and
litigation lawyers, Marie Evans, has joined Nottingham law firm
Berryman as Partner and Head of its 18-strong Commercial Dispute
Resolution team.
Marie Evans was formerly Lead Partner in the Nottingham office
of Roythornes LLP, where she was a Partner for nine years of her
total 18 years with the firm, during which time she headed up both
their East Midlands Commercial Dispute Resolution and Corporate
Recovery/Debt Recovery teams.
A specialist in Commercial litigation, Employment and Corporate
Recovery/Insolvency related litigation, Marie has led high value
national and international commercial disputes ranging from
shareholder/partnership disputes and international/cross border
claims, to professional negligence claims and commercial contract
issues.
She is described as 'extremely impressive and totally
professional' by The Legal 500, the legal profession's directory,
regarded as the largest and most in-depth annual survey of UK legal
firms.
