DTZ, acting on behalf of SEGRO has successfully completed a
letting at Kings Norton Business Centre (KNBC) to renewable energy
specialists, Norton Energy Solutions.
Located on Melchett Road in Kings Norton Business Centre, south
Birmingham, the unit comprises 10,261 sq ft of modern industrial
space and has been let for five years with a rental value of
£55,000 per annum. KNBC covers approximately 790,000 sq ft of
production, warehouse, showroom and office accommodation and is
home to 86 companies, employing around 1,250 people.
John Sambrooks, Associate Director in DTZ's Birmingham
industrial and logistics team who act for SEGRO jointly with Harris
Lamb, said: "With its close proximity to Kings Norton railway
station, high quality accommodation and the availability of
flexible terms, KNBC is a well-located development which has
attracted a diverse range of tenants. The letting to Norton Energy
Solutions is the 13th letting at the scheme in the last twelve
months."

solutions provider of free electricity from Solar for domestic,
housing associations and commercial customers. It joins current
tenants at the estate including, Lloyds TSB Bank, Birmingham City
Council and University Hospital Birmingham Foundation Trust.
