Newark-based event and concert production company, Liz Hobbs
Group Ltd, has been shortlisted for The Sunday Times Fast Track
100.
The list, compiled by Fast Track, sponsored by Virgin and
championed by Richard Branson, ranks Britain's 100 fastest growing
private companies, based on sales growth over the last three
years.
The 2010 Fast Track 100 league table will be published in The
Sunday Times on 5 December and will be followed by an awards event
at Richard Branson's Oxfordshire home in May 2011, as well as
regional dinners throughout the year.
Liz Hobbs Group is recognised as the largest producer of music
events to sporting venues in the UK. In 2010, the company produced
and staged 68 open air concerts featuring world-class artists
including Rod Stewart and Westlife, attracting more than half a
million people.
Liz Hobbs Group's CEO, Liz Doogan-Hobbs MBE, said: "We're
delighted to be officially recognised for our ongoing commitment to
excel as a customer focused organisation. Being shortlisted
for this prestigious list is testament to the quality and hard work
of our team and our excellent working relations with both clients
and suppliers."
In 2009, the Fast Track 100 list included a diverse cross
section of companies, from greetings card retailer, moonpig.com, to
online fashion retailer, NET-A-PORTER.com.
