A business advisory firm with offices in Derby, Nottingham,
Leicester and London has supported its ambitious growth plans with
the restructure of its board and appointment of a new chief
operating officer.
Cooper Parry have appointed a new executive board and promoted
Ade Cheatham to the position of Chief Operating Officer, from his
previous role as head of audit and tax.
The new board will focus on the future growth and strategy of
the business, while Mr Cheatham will assume responsibility of the
day-to-day management of the firm's corporate teams, working
closely with the chief executive Jeremy Bowler. Ade & Jeremy,
both members of the previous board, will join fellow partners,
Colin Shaw, Richard Jones and Andrew Honarmand as the new
board.

longer term.
Ade, 39, who has been with Cooper Parry for seven years, will
have ultimate responsibility for Cooper Parry's tax, corporate
finance, audit, turnaround and insolvency, IT and transaction
support teams
