Lawyers at Browne Jacobson have completed their sixth corporate
deal for the Staffline Group in 18 months.
In the latest deal the recruitment and human resources services
provider from Nottingham has acquired Qubic Recruitment Solutions
Ltd, a Huntingdon based recruitment company.
Qubic is one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in
Cambridgeshire, specialising in the recruitment of permanent and
temporary personnel for commercial, industrial, engineering and
technical job roles across the region.
Earlier this year Browne Jacobson advised AIM listed Staffline
on its acquisition of Leicester-based recruitment firm A La
Carte.
