In a move to focus on long term value and provide residents at
Phoenix Square with the best service for their homes, offices and
communal areas, Blueprint the sustainable developer behind

Limited as managing agent for the residential and commercial
space.
Blueprint's development director, John Long, said: "As part of
our sustainable investment strategy Blueprint has retained very
close involvement in the day to day running of Phoenix Square to
ensure that we nurture the creative community we planned for this
regeneration project. Now, twelve months on from opening, we have a
great mix of residents and businesses, the cinema is coming on in
leaps and bounds and its time for us to ensure we look to the
future and continue to build on the success of the past.
"Blueprint will continue to be closely involved, but Mainstay
will ensure that Phoenix Square's occupants are well looked after
from December onwards. They will be responsible for all aspects of
maintenance, health and safety and day to day running of the
residential and commercial elements of the project. We were very
impressed by their level of professionalism, enthusiasm and proven
track record, so are confident that the Phoenix Square family is in
good hands."
