Solicitor Nicola Roe has joined the employment team at Midlands
law firm Berryman, headed by Hilary Campion.
She joins after two years at Nottingham firm Richard Nelson,
where Nicola worked with Hilary Campion in his role as Director of
Employment Law, before he took up the post of head of employment at
Berryman in July this year.
Five years PQE, Nicola, who lives in Chesterfield, completed her
legal training contract at the Leicester office of HBJ Gateley
Wareing, which included 12-months in the employment department.
After qualifying, she moved to Mansfield firm Elliot Mather LLP,
where she was employment solicitor for two years, before joining
Hilary at Richard Nelson.
Nicola has worked for both national plc's and local SMEs on the
range of employment law matters, including compromise agreements,
employment contracts and Tribunal work, acting for both claimants
and respondents.
Of joining Berryman, Nicola comments: "Berryman has long taken a
fresh approach to client service, with a strong and competent team
of fee earners and support staff, acting for a broad range of
corporate and private clients, including high-net worth individuals
and company directors. Such a pedigree, combined with the
