St. Modwen has completed a deal at its Hilton Business Park
development in Derbyshire. Leading international forwarding and
transport company Willi Betz has secured a three year lease on two
acres of land which will be utilised for open storage of up to 140
trailer vehicles.
Situated less than a mile from the A50, Hilton Business Park
lies approximately three miles west of its junction with the A38 at
Burnston. It offers a range of business space options including
open storage land; existing industrial and warehousing units; and a
total of 10 new build units of which just one now remains -
available for immediate occupation.

location was already known to us and a deal was completed promptly,
enabling us to take occupation immediately and therefore continue
to provide an efficient service to our client."
Further open storage land is currently available at Hilton
Business Park, together with the last remaining new build unit
(6,000 sq ft), which is priced at £60 per sq ft to purchase
or £5 per sq ft to lease on flexible terms. Up to 187,500 sq
ft of existing industrial/ warehouse space is also available to let
at the business park, priced from a highly competitive £1.75
per sq ft.
St. Modwen has an additional two developments strategically
located on the A38 and A50 corridors - Stretton Business Park and
Centre 38, which is the latest phase of Barton Business
Park.
Stretton Business Park has one 8,820 sq ft unit available at
£60.00 per sq ft to purchase and £5.00 per sq ft to
lease. One distribution/warehouse or manufacturing unit is
available at Centre 38, offering just over 30,000 sq ft. The unit
is priced at £75.00 per sq ft to purchase or £5.50 per
sq ft to lease.
