Leading Black Country solicitors Waldrons has consolidated its
position as one of the main providers of medical negligence
services in the West Midlands.
The specialist law firm has secured a hat-trick of contracts for
the provision of legally aided medical negligence services at its
Walsall, Merry Hill and brand new Worcester office.
The new Worcester office, which is based on Wildwood Drive, will
see Waldrons as the only law firm in the city offering a specialist
level of expertise in handling medical negligence claims, with the
benefit of legal aid for those who are eligible.
Waldrons specialist team of medical negligence solicitors is
headed up by Nicola Lewis. She has been a member of the prestigious
Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel for seven-years. Panel
membership is held by less than one per cent of the country's
solicitors.
Waldrons managing partner John Roberts said: "This is an
important milestone for us in our aim to continue to provide
specialist legal services to people throughout the whole
region.
"Our medical negligence team has recovered millions of pounds in
compensation for clients who have received incorrect
treatment. That is why we are particularly pleased to bring our
expertise in this area of law to a wider range of
clients."
Waldrons advises on a full range of medical negligence claims
including birth injuries, brain and spinal injuries, delayed
diagnoses and incorrect surgical treatment.
Nicola Lewis, head of medical negligence at Waldrons, said:
"Clients benefit from free, no obligation initial advice, and our
team of experienced medical negligence solicitors are able to
assess every individual's requirements on a one-to-one basis. We
also offer a complete range of funding options whatever a client's
circumstances, including 'no win, no fee' arrangements."
In addition to its expertise in medical negligence, Waldrons'
seven-strong personal injury team is also able to assist with
personal injury services. The firm has solicitors on both the Law
Society Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Panels.
Waldrons' commitment to quality of client service has been
recognised by the Law Society of England and Wales. It has been
awarded the Law Society's Lexcel Quality Management accreditation
for the past five-years.
