A recent survey has revealed that client satisfaction at BeanIT
is soaring with the overall consensus rating the company highly
across the full range of questions.
BeanIT, who are based in Tamworth, was established by Allan Bean
in June 2009 and is a family business with Allan's daughter
Roxanne, and son Adrian, both working in the business.
The survey was the company's first attempt at obtaining client
feedback and is intended to form part of a regular review process
to obtain the thoughts and experiences of its clients.
Some of the highlights of the survey revealed that 96% of
clients rated the service to be 'very good' or 'good' for cost
effectiveness; 92% of clients were 'very likely' to use its
services again with a further 4% being 'likely' or 'fairly likely'
to; and 96% of clients would actively recommend BeanIT.
A resounding 100% of the respondents rated the firm as being
'very good' or 'good' for speed of service, professionalism and
technical ability.
Company director Allan Bean commented: "The results from this
survey are very encouraging and prove that we are providing an
excellent service to our clients. The results are a demonstration
of the commitment and hard work of all our staff. However, I
can assure you that we won't rest on our laurels as we continue in
our pursuit of being the best IT company within the region."
What is impressive about these results is that over the last
twelve months the company has experienced significant growth and
yet it has been able to maintain such high levels of client
satisfaction whilst developing a reputation for providing
professional, fast and cost effective IT services.
