National housing and care provider, Sanctuary Group, has made a
strategic appointment to its executive management team - Elizabeth
Mountford takes up the mantle of group director - organisational
development.
Liz will take responsibility for the Group's human resources and
organisational development stream, also incorporating health and
safety, communications and facilities. Reporting to
Sanctuary's group chief executive, David Bennett, Liz is set to
play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth, financial
stability and ongoing success of Sanctuary.
With 20 years experience in employee relations, Liz joins
Sanctuary from Rentokil Initial Facilities Services where she was
HR director. She has led development and people change
programmes, implementing employee engagement strategies for a
number of major commercial organisations.
On her appointment, Liz said: "Sanctuary has a great reputation
in the sector and I am delighted to join such a forward-thinking
company.
"As one of my first tasks, I plan to develop Sanctuary's people
agenda to ensure all staff optimise their skills and capabilities.
It is vital that we provide a first class service to our residents
and we believe this will be achieved via our staff."
