is an office and retail building and is currently let to giftware
retailer, Vinegar Hill, Callaghan Fine Art and Aedas Architects.

the building which was extensively refurbished and extended in
2008.
The building comprises a four-storey, 15,997 sq ft unit with
accommodation split between 3,119 sq ft of retail space and 12,878

Subway, Marks & Spencer's and WH Smith.
Ned Jones, Associate Director in DTZ's investment team in
Birmingham, commented: "This is a unique opportunity to secure a
well located, well-let investment in central Shrewsbury. With good
opportunities for rental growth, we have already received a number
of enquiries from interested parties."

annum and offers for the freehold are being invited in the region
of £2.975m.
