An experienced designer has used film to help redraw his own
image.
Martin Clunn, owner of Newcastle-based design and marketing
agency, Creative Avenue, has teamed up with a local video producer
to capture clients' opinions of Creative Avenue services.
Martin, of Westlands, Newcastle-under-Lyme, has built a
successful full service, customer-focused, design and marketing
business working with clients across Staffordshire and
Cheshire.
He set up Creative Avenue four years ago, drawing on over twenty
years' experience as a creative designer with several large design
agencies.
Martin said: "My business has continued to grow despite
difficult economic times and I have just been able to take on a
graduate, as part of a scheme designed to give newly qualified
students work experience.
A major part of the revamp involved a website makeover. The
Creative Avenue website - which can be seen at
www.creativeavenue.co.uk - now features one main customer survey
corporate video and five individual video testimonials from
clients, produced by a fellow North Staffordshire creative film
company.
It gives an insight into how Creative Avenue work through the
words of its customers, including North Staffordshire-based Choices
Housing Association and Rory Mack Associates.
"We wanted honest opinions, so there was no scripting or
direction," said Martin. "People just said what they felt about
their experience with Creative Avenue and the results we've helped
them achieve."
"Creative Avenue has been very successful," says Martin. "In
particular, we've expanded our brand development services for local
and corporate clients. I felt it was time to strengthen my own
company image and positioning - to send out clear messages to local
businesses about the results we've achieved for our clients."
"I always aim to get under the skin of my clients so I can
clearly identify how they can achieve growth, stability, or other
business objectives."
