A local office-supply firm has been celebrating as it marked its
twentieth year in business in the county. Oswestry-based
Hollis was launched in 1990 and has seen both its client base and
workforce grow significantly over the past two decades.
Specialising in the supply of IT hardware and software, network
security systems, and traditional office equipment, to businesses,
schools and local authorities across the region, the firm's
original philosophy was based on the provision of quality
after-sales support, and customer service is still very much its
key focus.
Despite a number of significant changes taking place within the
industry over the years, Hollis has been able to successfully
adapt, with its range of services expanding from purely
photocopiers twenty years ago, to computer-based applications and
sophisticated web security systems.
Mark Bamford, General Manager at Hollis, commented: "We are
delighted to be celebrating our 20th year in business and would
like to thank all our loyal customers from across the county for
their support over the years.
"We believe that one of the reasons for our success is our
complete focus on customer needs, and the fact that we offer real
solutions to their problems. When things go wrong, businesses need
someone to reassure them that they can provide a resolution, and
not just another product. It is this commitment to our
customers that makes them come back to us time and time again, and
which is why we have been able to achieve the success we
have."
Hollis is a private limited company specialising in the supply
of business support services to businesses across Shropshire and
the surrounding area. Providing everything from IT hardware and
software, and full network security, to traditional office
equipment, the firm prides itself on its quality after-sales
support and customer service.
