Local consultancy celebrates significant successes

A local HR consultancy is celebrating real success thanks to the exciting expansion of both their team and their service offer, plus the confirmation of a number of new clients.

Despite difficult trading conditions and slow economic growth, Shropshire-based Triangle HR has experienced its busiest quarter in the company's two year history and has made two important personnel hires, has expanded the services it offers its clients, and has moved premises and launched a brand new website.

"The last few months have been hugely positive for us as a business and we've been thrilled to secure a number of new clients across the country" explained Justine Vaughan, Founder and Director of Triangle HR. "We understand how difficult it is for businesses at the moment so took the decision to provide a fuller range of support to include employment law, health and safety and payroll, alongside the HR offer we're known for. "

"To make this as accessible as possible we've put together a range of monthly packages which businesses can access online at www.trianglehr.co.uk, and these start from just £37.50 per month which allows access to telephone and email support on all aspects of employing people."

The company has also launched a free audit service which sees one of their senior consultants attend site and review all current policies and practices. "To service our new clients, to help us carry out the audits, and to ensure that our clients continue to receive the level of personal care and attention they've come to expect, we've taken on Alison Dirkin as an HR Consultant, and have also appointed Emily Bennett as an Office Administrator. Both are really valuable additions to our team and we're thrilled to welcome them."

Alongside the appointments, the Triangle HR team has also moved to dedicated offices in the Rural Enterprise Centre on Shrewsbury's Battlefield Enterprise Park. "We had intended to move from our English Frankton base to more centrally-located offices early next year, but our new business wins and accelerated team expansion brought those plans forward even quicker than we'd hoped" explained Justine.

"The past year has been really positive in terms of our business growth and we've had the pleasure of working with a number of local businesses, helping them with everything from the selection and recruitment of the right people, to setting up policies and practices, and even fully managing employment disputes and tribunals. We're becoming well-known for the right reasons and I'm looking forward to continuing our success into 2011 and perhaps to expanding even further" Justine concluded.

Triangle HR has partnered with a few prestigious local firms to offer their expanded range of services, including Bespoke Training Services for health and safety, Turner Peachy for payroll services, and a very carefully selected team of local employment law firms for employment law advice.  Access to all of these services is available through www.trianglehr.co.uk and for a small monthly fee employers can receive the support they need to help maintain and grow their own businesses.
