Coventry and Warwickshire law firm, Alsters Kelley, has
appointed Ally Taft as Head of Clinical Negligence and Personal
Injury.
Ally joined Alsters Kelley from Birmingham firm Irwin Mitchell,
where she accrued nine years experience as a clinical negligence
specialist. Her work in this area is wide-ranging, including fatal
cases, treatment of the elderly, surgical cases and birth injuries.
She recently won a settlement for a client to the tune of
£4.95m.
As well being interviewed on both radio and television about her
work, a number of her cases have been reported in legal
publications.
