Leading Midlands developer Cedar House Investments has announced
that Charter Point, its five-acre, flagship office development in
Ashby is now fully occupied, after a deal on the final unit was
completed on the scheme.
The company, which scooped the title of Property Company of the
Year at the 2010 regional Estates Gazette Awards, has leased number
12, Charter Point to IT specialists, Wipro Technologies.
Cedar House Investments' Charter Point office scheme has proved
extremely popular thanks to its strategic location close to the M1,
M6 and A50 road links. 8 businesses now occupy the scheme. Further
land is available on a design and build basis.
Commenting on the scheme's success, Chris Carlisle, managing
director of Cedar House, said:
"Charter Point has become a commercial centre of growing
importance and has attracted high profile names including Miller
Homes, Bloor Homes, TNT and Haines Watts.
"I am delighted with the Charter Point's success, especially in
the current market conditions and would like to welcome Wipro to
the scheme," added Chris.
Sam Sutton, agent at North Rae Sanders added:
"The offices at Charter Point are ideally suited to the needs of
a growing business like Wipro, which has a national customer
base."
