Global real estate firm DTZ has announced that it has appointed
Phil Glenn, Director, as Office Head in Nottingham. Phil has been a
director at DTZ in Nottingham for five years and was previously
with Neales Commercial, prior to its acquisition by DTZ.
Phil is well known in the east midlands, having worked in Derby
before moving to Nottingham in 1988. Phil specialises in valuation
and corporate recovery and restructuring with a principle focus on
the banking sector.
This announcement follows DTZ's appointment of 33 new members of
staff to its 400 strong midlands and south west business over the
last three months, which includes offices in Birmingham, Bristol,
Cheltenham, Cardiff and Nottingham.
Tim Harries, Nottingham Office Head, is leaving to pursue his
own interests and James Hall, Industrial Agency, has returned to
his previous employer local firm Geo Hallams and Sons as a
Partner.
