Friday October 15th saw the launch of a project that brings
together the power of networking; Shropshire based business and
cutting edge technology.
Don't Dream It Drive It, based on Atcham Business Park, rolled
out the first of what will be, within 12 months, a 200 strong
national fleet of Citroën Berlingo vans for Yale Security
Point - all managed by Don't Dream It's MD Stephanie White.
"It's a great coup for us and a fantastic tribute to the power
of business networking amongst Shropshire businesses. It vindicates
all the hard work and quality we have invested in our Fleet
Management clients and the package we offer," says Stephanie. Don't
Dream It have already built a strong presence in fleet management
locally with Lowe & Fletcher, Henshalls Insurance Brokers,
Shropshire Chamber of Commerce and Castle Cement amongst their
clients. As Stephanie says " outsourcing fleet management is
attractive for many SME's as, done properly, it not only protects
directors from potential legal actions but controls costs in terms
of fuel economy, servicing and management resource, has real
environmental benefits and it doesn't have to cost a fortune
either!"
The leading participants in the project, alongside Don't Dream
it, are 4 Continents Consulting from Bridgnorth, who developed and
manage the Yale Security Point franchise concept and Flight Deck of
Shrewsbury who have created and implemented the CRM platform that
provides the management system for the franchisor. They have been
aided and abetted by Starfish Advertising & Marketing of
Shrewsbury who created the striking black and yellow livery,
Stripemaster of Telford who fitted it to the vans and Bulldog
Security of Much Wenlock who built the bespoke racking and fittings
for the van interiors.
A plan borne in Shropshire, using almost entirely Shropshire
based companies will soon have national presence. As Julian Framer,
MD of Yale Security Point says of Don't Dream It Drive It they have
" a clear focus on integrity, budget and on time delivery….
In my eyes it is a winning combination".
