Pride Park-based Document Network Services has reinforced its commitment to customer excellence with the launch of a dedicated graphic arts division.

The company, which specialises in providing Xerox office hardware and software solutions, has launched the new service to provide printers and support services to designers, printers and other professionals who require short run digital colour printing.

Mick Shaw, who has more than 15 year's experience with Xerox has been appointed to the newly created role of production manager and will head-up the new division, which will serve the company's growing portfolio of clients within the graphic arts sector.

As a Xerox Partner, Document Network Services has been supplying printers to graphic art businesses for more than 15 years; due to increased demand from its customers, it has now decided to open a separate dedicated division, which will supply printer products and specialist advice to companies and individuals within this sector.

This latest expansion comes just six months after the company completed a refurbishment project to install a new demonstration suite and showroom, which created a number of new jobs.

Commenting on the launch of the new division, managing director, Darren Marsh said:

"We are delighted to be launching this new dedicated division. We have worked with businesses in the graphic arts division for many years and our new service will allow customers to benefit from our unrivalled experience, expertise and levels of customer care.

We are excited to have Mick join us and I am certain that his vast knowledge of the sector will prove invaluable to our customers.

Mick added: "I am pleased to be joining such a well established company. The launch of the graphic arts division comes at a very exciting time in the industry and we have some great new products to offer our customers including the latest Xerox 550/560.

"We understand that when you're in the business of selling creative ideas, it is vitally important that you have a printer that delivers impeccable colour and image quality with the new division providing our customers with an unrivalled level of service."

Document Network Services provide service and support facilities as well as offering an unrivalled choice of flexible finance options locally and nationally for the past fifteen years.
