A local firm has celebrated over twenty years in business by hosting a special event in honour of customers and staff.   

Oswestry-based Hollis, which specialises in the supply of support services to businesses across Shropshire, welcomed a number of guests from the town and surrounding areas to the event which was held at The Venue in nearby Whittington.

Guests were given a talk on the business by General Manager, Mark Bamford, who highlighted the firm's successes over the past two decades, as well as its exciting plans for the future, before a number of presentations were made to both clients and employees. 

Pat Willis of Moreton Hall School was presented with specially-engraved crystalware in recognition of the school's 20 year partnership with the firm, while Mark Haworth, a network security engineer at Hollis, was also acknowledged for his 18 years service with the company.

Mark Bamford commented: "To celebrate this significant milestone, we wanted to take the opportunity to pay tribute to those individuals and organisations that have supported us along the way.

"Moreton Hall School has been a loyal customer of ours since the very beginning, and has not only seen the industry change over the years alongside us, but has also seen its own business needs change with it.  We thought it the ideal time to say a huge thank you and we look forward to 20 more years in partnership."

Hollis is a private limited company specialising in the supply of business support services to businesses across Shropshire and the surrounding area.  Providing everything from IT hardware and software, and full network security, to traditional office equipment, the firm prides itself on its quality after-sales support and customer service.
