Undeterred by the recent dubious distinction of being dubbed
"letting the side down Brian" when he was interviewed on BBC
Coventry & Warwickshire about how he has lived all his life in
the CV postcode area yet loyally supports Derby County, Brian
Foster is launching telecoms business, Pink Connect, this
month.
Brian, who has been an engineer for over 30 years, became wary
of how probable public spending cuts might impact upon the sort of
consulting work he used to do and started to look for something
more sustainable in a shaky economy.
He says, "I considered a lot of franchises but Pink Connect
caught my eye. Although it sounded like a gay dating service to
begin with I soon realised it was a telecoms business and once I
heard about the magic of residual income I decided to follow up.
The more I heard the more I liked the sound of it and then I did
the training and that really convinced me that I had made the right
decision. I particularly liked the use of videoed role play in the
training - I found it really helped me to learn how best to help
customers".
As well as being a football fan, Brian plays darts in a team. He
says he harbours a hope of seeing the whole team outfitted in
"team" pink. Can't wait to see that lads.....
