Heb, the Nottingham based firm of chartered surveyors, has
appointed Tom Strawson to boost its growing retail and licensed
property team.
Tom, who graduated from the University of Reading with a degree
in land economics, will be working alongside heb partner Jonathan
Emmerson and Matthew Cullen.
Jonathan said: "Tom's family has a wide experience of commercial
property and Tom himself undertook a long period of work experience
with Heb in 2009. We are delighted to welcome him back and we are
sure that he will make a very positive contribution to the
team."
Tom will concentrate on retail agency and development, working
with clients such as Caffe Nero, Pulp, Henry Boot, Westfield, NRL,
KFC and Sony.
Tom said: "I did work experience with heb in 2009 and I knew
that this was the company I wanted to work for in the future.
Despite receiving offers from larger, international companies based
in London, I wanted to work in a close knit team that would provide
me with the best 'hands on' experience in the commercial property
market."
Tom's appointment comes on the back of Matthew joining the
retail and licensed property team in February 2010.
