Companies thinking of outsourcing payroll commitments to cut
costs in these uneasy economic times can benefit more during
National Payroll Week - September 6-10.
The event is aimed at raising awareness of how outsourcing can
cut costs and save time for companies riding out the economic
storm.
Solihull and Coventry chartered accountancy firm Prime says the
theme of this year's event is "Proud to be Payroll" and is
supporting the initiative by offering incentives which make
outsourcing payroll even more cost effective.
The firm handles over 300 payrolls for businesses throughout the
UK with larger firms looking to become leaner by cutting staff
costs as well as time by outsourcing the work of their accounts
department, while for SMEs saving time sorting out the complex
issues surrounding payrolls means more time can be put into
improving production or service.
Prime has found an increasing number of companies looking to cut
costs through outsourcing their payroll operations, giving them
more time and resource to concentrate on their products or
services.
Jamie Skelding, Prime director responsible for payroll, said:
"We offer a full bespoke service to clients from taking care of all
the routine calculations to advising on more complex payroll
issues. We give clients complete peace of mind that
everything to do with payroll is taken care of so they can focus on
other areas of their business.
"And one of the attractions of our payroll service is that it's
a fully accredited BACS bureau making payments directly to HMRC so
that clients do not get caught out by the new late payment penalty
regime introduced earlier this year.
"We can also use the BACS bureau to make payments direct into
employees bank accounts.
"During National Payroll Week we will be offering an incentive
on our payroll services and making companies more aware of the
advantages of outsourcing to their bottom line".
