Shropshire law firm Lanyon Bowdler are continuing with their
successful run of Credit Control Network seminars by holding the
next event on Thursday 23 September 2010 at Gray's Hotel and
Conference Centre, Telford.
The seminar will focus on the role and remit of High Court
Enforcement Officers, and the guest speaker will be Martin Leyshon,
accompanied by colleague Gordon Dean, representing High Court
Enforcement Group, the largest independently owned High Court
Enforcement Office in England and Wales. The group specialise in
the enforcement of County Court Judgments that are transferred to
the High Court, and the safe extraction of environmental
protestors.
Lisa Blair, Debt Recovery Manager for Lanyon Bowdler comments
"Understanding how a High Court Enforcement Officer can assist in
the recovery of outstanding judgment debts is extremely beneficial,
as claimants can then be aware in advance of the information needed
by an Enforcement Officer on instruction to broaden the chances of
recovery".
After the presentation there will be an open question and answer
session, together with the chance to sound out solicitors from
Lanyon Bowdler with regard to any legal issues you might have "off
the clock".
All this for just £10.00 + VAT per delegate. The event
starts at 12.15pm with refreshments and a networking opportunity
before presentations get underway at 12.30pm. A buffet will be
served at the end of the seminar. To make a reservation
please email rachel.donaghey@lblaw.co.uk or call on 01952
224047.
