Mark Keeley, a partner at leading law firm Freeth Cartwright,
has qualified as a Mediator through the Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR) Group's Civil and Commercial Mediation Course.
Mark, who specialises in the fields of contentious probate and
trusts work and professional negligence claims, is also a member of
the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists
(ACTAPS) and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association
(PNLA).
Mark has for a number of years been an enthusiastic advocate of
mediation as a cost effective and timely means of solving disputes.
He has to date participated in over 50 mediations and hopes
to bring this practical experience to bear as he builds his own
mediation practice.
