Two new top-level appointments have been announced at expanding
Leicester based Insurance broker Brett & Randall.
Andy Underwood has taken on the role of managing director and
Mark Taylor is the new sales and marketing director.
Mr Underwood will head up the new senior management team charged
with growing the business after the recent management buyout.
He said: "While growing the business is crucial, coming
originally from a client-serving background myself, I am passionate
about customer service and will also be focusing on this."

Mr Underwood, who joined the business 24 years ago as a trainee
broker, said: "I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to
grow within the business and hope to be able to provide similar
development opportunities for others.
"I very much believe in the philosophy that growing your own is
best."
Mark Taylor, who has worked at Brett & Randall for 13 years,
is now responsible for client growth and retention and for the
management of an expanding sales team.
He said: "At Brett & Randall we always aim high and strive
to achieve our targets by increasing our profile and our expertise
in new and emerging markets."
