Automated packaging system specialist Schubert has announced the
appointment of a new engineer to its UK service team.
Lee Harding, who lives in Shropshire, has joined the
Meriden-based company from Nom Dairy UK where he was projects
engineering team leader.
He has worked in the packaging industry for 13 years and brings
a wealth of experience to his new role. Lee started his career as a
technical services engineer for a European weighing machine maker
and later became a multi-skilled maintenance engineer for several
well-known manufacturers of dairy products.
Lee will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of
Schubert machines as a member of Schubert's UK after-sales team,
which offers routine service contracts, spare parts and 24/7
technical support services.
"I'm delighted to be joining the team at Schubert and look
forward to playing a key role in providing the high quality
after-sales service that the company is renowned for," said
Lee.
Schubert has recently installed a number of new automated
packaging systems for customers such as Burtons, Thorntons and
Tunnocks.
