Belmont Hotel staff increase their skills

The Belmont Hotel's Samantha Harris has been awarded her NVQ2 in Mixed Skills Hospitality after studying for twelve months.  

Sammy, age 25, who lives in Leicester, has worked in a number of roles at The Belmont Hotel, gaining experience in different areas of the hospitality business including housekeeping, the bar and reception.

Operations Manager James Bowie said: "Sammy has worked very hard for her latest qualification and we are delighted that she has been able to bring her new skills to the business.  

As an independently owned and run hotel, The Belmont Hotel prides itself on customer service excellence and constantly supports our staff in their on-going training."
