The drpgroup re-launched its teambuilding brand futureteams at
its 30th anniversary event held at West Midlands Safari Park last
month. The re-launch comes after a brand redesign, the production
of a new brochure and the purchase and refurbishment of a
teambuilding lodge, Greensleeves, set in the spectacular Wyre
Forest.
The revamped teambuilding offering consists of numerous
specially-designed activities, challenges and group projects
designed in consultation with a behavioural psychologist using
feedback from numerous delegate testing groups. futureteams can
offer its range of activities at any of the drpgroup's
perfectly-suited locations; the drplondon office in Covent Garden,
the 60,000 sq ft drpstudio located near Hartlebury in the West
Midlands and the brand new Greensleeves facility dedicated for use
by futureteams. Activities can also be adapted to suit a client's
chosen location, be it a conference centre, hotel or even their own
offices.
The teambuilding events make use of drpgroup's existing
strengths in fields such as video production and events management,
with activities including making a commercial or pop video, as well
as new ventures such as outdoor pursuits and treasure hunts. A new
brochure and website will allow users to select the teambuilding
programme they desire online, or request a bespoke programme be
designed, which is another service offered by the teambuilding
division of drpgroup.
Purchasers are encouraged to consider what outcomes they want to
achieve as a result of their teambuilding programme, rather than
merely buying a programme 'off the shelf'.
Making the announcement at the 30th anniversary gala dinner,
Dale Parmenter group managing director commented: "The drpgroup has
always had a strong teambuilding offering but with the re-launch of
futureteams, this will become even more evident for clients looking
to engage, reward and motivate this year.
"Our dynamic new branding and purpose built facilities give us
the chance to build on the award winning teambuilding work we have
already produced under the futureteams brand and demonstrate the
return on investment these activities have when considered in the
context of a fully motivated and engaged team."
