Summersault Communications, the award-winning employee, customer
and business communications specialist, has appointed Stuart Newman
to the role of senior editor. He will be based at the company's
Head Office in Leamington Spa and will report directly to editorial
director, Pat Sherrington-Blane.
Stuart has over 20 years' experience in publishing and is a
fully qualified journalist with experience of editing publications
for external and internal audiences within the corporate
communications field.
Most recently he was the publications editor for Buckinghamshire
County Council where he was responsible for managing, editing and
writing its external residents' magazine Buckinghamshire times,
which was distributed to 200,000 homes.
During his career Stuart has freelanced for various national
newspapers, including the Daily Express and The Times as a sports
sub-editor, and served as a senior sub-editor on Autosport
magazine, the world's foremost motorsports weekly.
Stuart has also spent time working for HFC Bank Ltd, as an
editor, and started his career at the Northampton Chronicle &
Echo newspaper.
