Staff at Pride Park-based Document Network Services could be
getting pampered, driving a Ferrari or watching the latest West End
show, thanks to a new scheme that has been launched to reward its
growing team.
The company, which specialises in providing Xerox office
hardware and software solutions, has launched a Red Letter Day
Points scheme that will allow the team to earn rewards for anything
from managing customer relationships to improving the market
awareness of the brand across the region and achieving the
company's targets, which can be redeemed against a wide range of
activities from Redletterdays.co.uk.
The new scheme has been launched to reward the team for their
hard work and to maintain good team spirit during these challenging
times. Each time an employee hits a sales target or completes a
task that the managing director would like to reward them for, they
receive Red Letter Points. The employee can then login to their
account with their password and view their points
balance.
Once they have accumulated enough points, they can browse a huge
range of gifts and experiences, including adrenaline-packed
adventures, pampering packages, getaways, sporting activity days
and cultural events, and order them using their points as
payment.
As part of its on-going expansion, the company recently
completed the refurbishment of its new demonstration suite and
showroom at its offices on Melbourne Business Court on Pride Park
and expanded the team with a new appointment to the account
management team.
It is now looking to recruit a new account manager and
telemarketer to the team and is welcoming applications from people
who would like to start taking advantage of the new reward
scheme.
Commenting on the scheme, managing director, Darren Marsh
said:
"I am delighted to be launching the new reward scheme. It's an
exciting time for the company following our recent expansion and
refurbishment, so I wanted to give the staff a real incentive to
make the most of our new resources.
"I hope the team take advantage of the scheme, which literally
has something for everyone," added Darren.
