Just weeks after opening its doors, Avisa, Derby's only high street mortgage and independent financial services company, is already expanding its team to keep pace with increasing demand.

Kelly Wright (25), who recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Social Work, has joined the Cathedral Quarter-based company as administrator.

In her new role, Kelly will be working alongside the company's team of specialist advisors, including directors, Sarah Fullaway, Lee Mortimer and Matt Simpson, to support the company's growing customer base for both personal and business financial advice.

Commenting on her appointment, Kelly said: "I am delighted to be joining Avisa and look forward to working with the advisors to support them as they continue to expand following the launch in May.

Sarah Fullaway, director of Avisa, added: "I would like to welcome Kelly to Avisa. She joins the company at a very exciting time as we are about to launch a new online service to make it even easier to keep our customers up to date on their applications and policies and go live with the new Business Avisa website."

With more than 35 years' industry experience, Avisa are the only financial advisors in the city to have a high street presence and provide a range of independent financial services, including mortgage, life insurance, income protection, critical illness cover and home insurance.

Business AVISA, a separate division specialise in commercial finance, key man cover, shareholder protection, business loan protection and business insurance.
