Talbots Solicitors are delighted to confirm that one of their
own - Helen Aston - was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the
Supreme Court of England and Wales on 1st July.
Helen graduated from Coventry University with a LLB.hons. in
2002 and began her career working in Family Law. Progressing
from Legal Secretary, to Paralegal, she joined Talbots in 2008 as a
Legal Executive in their expanding Family Law Department.
She has since extended her experience to the Criminal Law
Department but has now returned to her roots in Family Law and is
managing this department at the Stourbridge office of Talbots Legal
Advice Centre. "I am delighted to have made the grade and am
relishing my promotion to Supervisor of the Family Team at
Stourbridge, specialising in divorce, financial disputes and
children matters
Martyn Morgan, Senior Partner, said "Helen has shown great
commitment during her training period, and had already developed a
wealth of experience in Family matters while she was practicing as
a Legal Executive. Qualification as a Solicitor is not easy these
days, particularly when already qualified and working full time as
a Legal Executive, which demonstrates Helen's determination to
succeed - not only for herself, but also for her clients."
