On behalf of Lowther Properties, heb has completed the letting
of Unit 1B, Brookhill Road, Pinxton.
The unit has been fully refurbished by Lowther to a high
standard and extends to approximately 6,000 sq ft. The tenant is
Adcol Engineering. Peter Colley, company director at Adcol said:
"We are pleased with how swiftly the deal went and are more than
happy with the space and have settled in nicely."
Robert Maxey of Heb said: "Two of the three units on site have
now been let. I am pleased to see our client's bold quality
refurbishment programme being rewarded. There is only one unit
remaining which is available on leasehold or freehold terms.
Joint agents were Lambert Smith Hampton, Nottingham. Sean

Chauvet Europe Ltd, which is 5,541 sq ft on a ten year lease.
The remaining Unit - 1D - extends to 5,100 sqft is available to
rent or buy on competitive terms.
