Former newspaper editor Steve Dyson is to re-open the debate
about the most controversial Budget ever seen in the UK.
Dyson, who was editor of Birmingham's largest circulation
newspaper, the Mail, until January this year, will be discussing
the impact of the Budget on business and the media, at a gathering
of regional businessmen and women on July 13.
The event - 'Breakfast Connections' - is being organised by
Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and is open to members of the
Chamber and Birmingham Forward. The breakfast will be held in the
Vista Suite at the Crowne Plaza, Birmingham city centre at 7am.
Steve Dyson edited the Birmingham Mail until January 2010, when
he left to run his own media consultancy, Dyson Media.
He works as a freelance journalist and broadcaster for the BBC,
presenting the 'Hard Talk with Steve Dyson' interview series.
