AVRec, an independently owned staff consultancy based in Derbyshire last night revealed their new brand of "Talk Staff" to eagerly awaiting clients, candidates and other local businesses at the opening of their new offices and on-site training facilities on King Street in the heart of Belper.

Announcements also included the key appointment of Angela Bell as Head of Training & Development for "Talk Staff Training".  Angela said, "Having spent many years in the role of HR & Training Manager for various medium-to-large sized employers throughout Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, it's always been important for me to ensure staff are not only fully trained but they have the knowledge and expertise to drive the business forward, regardless of their role".

The team at Talk Staff have continued to work hard in establishing themselves as a first contact 'Consultancy of Choice', gaining contracts with clients throughout Nottingham, Derbyshire and the East Midlands - Including large blue chip companies and most recently Denby Potteries; assisting them in the recruitment of a new member of staff for their head office team.

David Orange, Head of Sales for newly re-branded Talk Staff said, "We want the message to be clear and simple - If our clients have issues with staff then we are here to help!  We are fortunate to have a fantastic team on-board that is experienced across various different areas of business to ensure they are resolved quickly and effectively".

The group also announced plans to expand into the payroll sector, offering clients the opportunity to reduce costs and outsource the processing of weekly and monthly payroll runs, an area it's seen a high demand for over the last year with some of its medium and larger sized clients, as well as some smaller businesses.
