St Paul's Hostel for the Homeless in Worcester is benefitting
from Midlands-based family firm Resolve Information Technology's
connection with the Charity Technology Exchange (CTX), whereby
registered charities can purchase new hardware and software at
vastly reduced cost, literally saving the Hostel over £10,000
in the process.
Resolve IT, is a specialist in IT and computer support, is
helping the Hostel replace its existing file servers with new Cisco
and Microsoft products at a fraction of the price utilising
CTX.
Commenting Resolve IT Director, Tim Winstanley stated: "We've
been working with St. Paul's Hostel since 2007, and introduced them
to CTX as an immediate way of utilising their money more
efficiently and effectively for the charities benefit. We've also
done this with other charities around the region including the
young person's charity, Bridge Education Centre."
Working with a wide product range, Resolve IT enables customers
to pick and choose only the best solutions, including new
technologies where possible to aid business workflow.
Specific applications, or for integration into an existing
environment, Resolve IT has built its reputation on looking after
customer's objectives. Through CTX, Resolve IT is literally saving
charities like St. Paul's Hostel thousands of pounds, and not
surprisingly, it's an area of their business which is attracting a
great deal of attention.
