success.

clinical and practice management system company Galen 7 presented
compelling case studies on how to maximise private practice
efficiency and profitability.
Martin Woodfield from the IC-e group, a marketing and web
development company, based in Manchester and Warwickshire, talked
to the delegates on how to market a private practice.
Ballard Dale Syree Watson's specialist healthcare team have

seminar offered an invaluable business resource for those

The event was well attended by eminent consultants, senior
registrars and other medical professionals and clearly fulfilled
its objectives. Urologist, Mr J Sullivan said:
"I came here because I was interested in improving my financial
systems and admin within my own private practice. I would recommend
this seminar to consultants at any stage in private practice. I
have also learnt about marketing myself and debt collection."
By giving practical advice on how independent consultants
already running or considering establishing private practices can
flourish in today's difficult economic climate, the seminar
provided an indispensable learning experience.
Mr Rupesh Bhatt said: "I came to this seminar to seek advice on
running my private practice, in particular keeping financial
records and systems and debt collection, I haven't been
disappointed"
