Two accountants from a Staffordshire firm are celebrating a
great start to the summer after both picked up promotions. Gary
Chadwick and Matt Jordan have both been promoted from Managers to
Directors at DJH Accountants Ltd.
Thirty seven year old Gary joined the firm over 18 years ago and
will have specific responsibility for the firm's specialist Audit
and Assurance Department and has been appointed as the firm's new
Audit Compliance Director. Matt, who is thirty two, joined the firm
14 years ago and in his new role he will cover a wider remit to
develop the audit and business service offering to SME's and start
up businesses.
Fellow Director Chris Beardmore commented: "We are delighted
with the achievements of Gary and Matt. Their promotion will
strengthen the Management Team as we prepare for future growth and
the next stage in the development of the firm. Their promotions
also come on the back of the increasing demand from clients for
complex and higher level services. Our new directors enjoy looking
after clients helping them develop and build their businesses, in a
professional yet friendly manner and assisting with the red tape
that is a continual increasing burden.
It is a proud moment to see two of our longest standing
employees promoted to Directors. We will continue to build on the
success that we have had to date and to focus on developing our SME
client base along with delivering the full range of core and
specialist services required by growing businesses in the Midlands
and North West, such as corporate consultancy, audit services, tax
advice and corporate finance. Our continued commitment to the
Staffordshire area and helping businesses to grow is demonstrated
by these two promotions."
Gary comments: "The market for accountancy services is very
competitive but increasingly clients are looking for a more
comprehensive level of advice. I am confident that our service
capability hits the mark and I am looking forward to cultivating
our business and the challenges ahead."
